The Guarantee: We at Sol Web Services will guarantee that you are 100% completely satisfied with our work or you don’t pay any of our labor charges. You will still be responsible for any outside services but these costs are very minimal, and you can reused these items if you choose to have another company develop your web site.
How It Works: We request the following steps be followed to fulfill this guarantee: We will confirm with you our development is complete on your project. We will send you and invoice for services performed. At the time of receiving your invoice, if you determine that you are not satisfied with the services performed for that invoice, you must notify us in writing within 30 days listing the issues you are unsatisfied with. We will then have 30 days to make corrective actions to resolve your issues. If at the end of these 30 days you are still unsatisfied, we will send you and updated invoice minus our labor costs. At that time we will retake ownership the of the code and remove our changes and restore your web site to the previous version. In the case of a new web site we will remove the site and turn over the control of the domain name and any purchased code to you so you may use this for another company to develop your site. If we do not receive a notice of your dissatisfaction within the 30 day period after the invoice, we will then for all rights and purposes assume you are completely satisfied with our work. But realize that for most projects we will specify that for a set period of time we will make minor changes at no charge and are very flexible with our customers on this point.
